How it Works

The Website

  • On the homepage, you can check if we deliver to your zip code. If we do, proceed to sign up and you will be assigned to a route. 

  • You will then be prompted to customize your cooler. This consists of picking out the farm fresh products you would like delivered to your door. 

  • Once you are satisfied with your order you will then decide on the frequency of your order, weekly, every other week, or just a one time order. This can be decided for your whole cooler, or just certain products and can be changed whenever you want.  

  • Your order is not locked in until the night before your delivery at 11:30PM

  • You will not be billed until the day after your delivery, in case there is any issues. The minimum delivery will be $20 and there will be a $4 delivery charge.


The Delivery

  • The product will be dropped off in a cooler the day of your delivery. Deliveries can be expected from 4pm-8pm. The cooler will be left at your front doorstep (unless you prefer otherwise, leave a comment if so)

  • Iyou'd prefer to have your own cooler that is fine, just make sure can fit an egg carton and stands tall enough for jugs of milk (approximately 20"). 

  • If you don't have a cooler, that's fine, we will take a look at your order and provide you with a cooler that fits. You can use this cooler for two free deliveries, after that we will charge you for the cooler you are using and it is yours to keep.

  • Your cooler will be delivered with your first delivery. We ask that you place the cooler on your front porch the morning of your delivery. Return ice packs (if any were recieved) by placing them in a plastic bag, whether a Ziploc or a grocery bag (we will recycle them).
  • If you are interested in a special delivery outside of the normal route times and/or zones, please feel free to reach out, as we are more than willing to accomodate you. There will be a special delivery charge based on the amount of product and the location.



Feedback

  • You will be notified of your delivery by email and text (if cell phone provided) after the delivery. Your order will be ready to be brought inside and enjoyed!  

  • The email will include a quick survey to give us feeback on your order so we can understand if there were any issues, or rejoice in knowing that you were satisfied.
